The owner prohibited the publication of any data, including the logo and information about the café.

In designing the new website for this coffee bar, I embarked on a journey to understand the needs and preferences of its potential customers. Through research, persona development, and prototyping, I aimed to create a user-centric experience that prioritized to their needs efficiently.

Research phase

To begin, I conducted market research by analyzing various coffee bars in Brno, Prague, and similar locations. I identified areas for improvement in their websites' usability and functionality. However, I prioritized focusing on our café's needs and requirements.

Persona development

I created initial personas to represent the target audience. These personas helped me understand the customers' preferences and behavior patterns. As I gathered more information during interviews, I developed these initial personas into detailed representations of our audience. This process guided further research and design decisions, ensuring that website meets the needs of users.
