Veronika Batkova
UX designer. UI fan. Plant lover.

About me
My name is Veronika, but for years, I've been going by the name Verunda. I discovered UX design through my latest job in customer service. Every day, I encountered frustrating issues with menu navigation, poorly accessible shopping carts, and countless other usability challenges. It was a constant struggle for both customers and myself. But rather than simply tolerating these issues, I decided to take action. That's when I discovered something that truly fulfills me: UX design.
While looking for opportunities to learn more, I came across courses from Google, Coursera, and also a course from Czechitas, which I successfully completed in the spring of 2023.

Fictional new project
This project, although related to a real café, was done without a client. I consider it as a fictional project. It was my first completed project, which I worked on during a course from Czechitas.
Educational project
Medinatur is a fictional project that began while I was working with the company, signifying my initial exploration into UX design. It serves as my first attempt at creating user-centered solutions for an online platform.
